In a written statement release on Thursday (24 November 2022), chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), Arsjad Rasjid stated that he would file for a judicial review on the Manpower Ministry’s regulation No. 18/2022 on the minimum wage increase for 2023 which would be capped at 10%.
