SILE CPTL Implementation Plan Consultation Paper - Invitation to feedback

Singapore Institute of Legal Education has released an SILE CPTL Implementation Plan Consultation Paper (“Consultation Paper”) for the purposes of obtaining feedback from stakeholders in the legal profession. A copy of the Consultation Paper is available at https://www.sile.edu.sg/pdf/CPTL_Consultation_Paper.pdf.

The Consultation Paper sets out some of the key implementation plans for giving effect to the recommendations of the Committee for the Professional Training of Lawyers, as deliberated by a multi-agency working group, and considering the participant feedback obtained from a series of focus group discussions conducted in end 2023.

SILE invites feedback on the proposals outlined in this Consultation Paper. Interested parties may submit their feedback at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CPTL_Survey by 24 April 2024.
