With the coming into operation of the Digital Token Service Providers (DTSP) Provisions on 30 June 2025, DTSPs that are providing digital token services from a place of business in Singapore, or that are formed or incorporated in Singapore, should immediately take steps to ascertain whether they are subject to the new licensing scope under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022.
