Since coming into effect on 1 August 2020, the European Union-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) has brought about multiple positive results, although experts believe that it would be essential to review the achieved results in order to identify and rectify issues and challenges that had been encountered in the last two years.

Employers in Malaysia with less than five workers could defer new minimum wage to July, says Minister

Malaysian Human Resources Minister V. Sivakumar has stated that employers with fewer than five employees would only have to start paying the new minimum wage of RM1,500 from July 2023 instead of the earlier scheduled date of 1 January 2023.
